Heather Jones

Heather Jones is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and banking. Currently serving as Vice President and Treasury Relationship Manager at Citizens Commercial Banking since February 2025, Heather's career at Citizens began in January 2005, where roles have included Assistant Vice President and Treasury Solutions Sales Associate. Prior to joining Citizens, Heather worked at Bank of America as Branch Operations Supervisor and held various positions at TD and Arlen Music Consultants, Inc. In the earlier part of the career, Heather served as a Personal Banker at BankBoston. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Lake Forest College, attained between 1991 and 1995.
