Joan Willinger

Joan Willinger serves as the Audit Director and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a position held since November 2015, and has been with the organization since January 2005. In the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Internal Audit division, Joan Willinger manages the administrative functions and oversees the Data Analytics team. Joan Willinger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
