Kaitlyn Mihalco

Kaitlyn Mihalco is a seasoned professional in human resources and people analytics with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Data Science Consulting Manager and Vice President, Senior People Analytics Consultant at Citizens from January 2023 to February 2025, Kaitlyn previously worked as a People Research Scientist at Argo AI for a brief period before its dissolution in November 2022. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Manager of Human Capital, Lead Human Capital Consultant, and Senior Associate at ICF from March 2017 to June 2022, as well as serving as Assessment Research Associate at The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy from May 2012 to March 2015, and as HR Intern at SafeNet from June 2011 to June 2012. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art Studio from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
