Kim Ingram

Kim Ingram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Platform Product Owner for IAM at Citizens since July 2022, Kim previously held the position of Director of Information Technology II at Fiserv, where responsibilities included developing strategy for financial technology products and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards. Kim has also functioned as a Cyber Security Manager Sr at PNC, managing critical privilege access management programs and projects, and served in various roles focusing on IT project management, program management, and infrastructure compliance at Nationwide Insurance, Worthington Industries, and other notable organizations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
