Kyle Garand

Kyle Garand is a Principal Application Security Specialist at Citizens since June 2019, focusing on application security within the Vulnerability Management team utilizing SAST, DAST, and IAST processes. Previous roles at Citizens included work on the Cyber Security Incident Response Team and various rotations in the Technology Development Program, addressing topics like Insider Threat and Cyber Defense. Prior to Citizens, Kyle gained valuable experience with FM Global in roles related to data networking and server application support, and developed technical skills at Johnson & Wales University as a Technical Support Assistant. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Johnson & Wales University, earned in 2019.
