Lamont Young

Lamont Young serves as the EVP and Head of National Banking and Digital Channels at Citizens, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives and driving national bank expansion with a focus on digital acquisition. Previously, Lamont held various senior leadership roles at Bank of America, including SVP positions overseeing online sales and marketing for insurance and lending products, as well as small business banking. Lamont's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Baltimore Diversified Services, providing consulting for emerging businesses, and co-founding The Exclusives Clothing Company. Early career experience includes a marketing manager role at Lugz, where significant successes in launching footwear products were achieved. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University and an MBA in International Business from Winthrop University.
