Marianne Vinton

Marianne Vinton is an accomplished human resources professional with over 35 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, HR Development Partner at Citizens since June 2011, Vinton has also held various senior HR roles, including Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Citizens, Vinton was the Head of Human Resources at Highfields Capital Management LP from March 2006 to July 2010, providing comprehensive HR consultation on various critical areas. Earlier experience includes being an HR Analyst and Assistant Vice President at Wellington Management, where responsibilities included managing global mobility and immigration programs, as well as a significant tenure in human resources at Fidelity Investments. Vinton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston.
