Rasanah Goss

Rasanah Goss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and equity initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity Recruiting Strategy & Partnerships and interim Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Citizens Bank since January 2021, Rasanah previously held the role of Diversity Recruiting Manager for North America and Global at Accenture from January 2014 to December 2020. Additionally, Rasanah worked as Director of Recruitment & Admissions at Management Leadership for Tomorrow in late 2013 and as an Independent Consultant for various nonprofit organizations between June 2011 and September 2013. Educational achievements include an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Stanford University.
