Tom Sisto

Tom Sisto, CISSP, ISSMP, serves as Vice President Cyber Security and Defense at Citizens Bank since July 2011, focusing on risk management, business continuity, and vendor management. In addition, Sisto holds a role as Vice President – Director of the First Line of Defense in Consumer Banking Risk Management. Sisto's extensive experience includes positions at RBS Citizens Bank, where responsibilities involved application security and corporate security. Previous roles at BankRI emphasized enterprise-wide information security and disaster recovery, while earlier positions at Fleet Bank, Bank of America, and Price Waterhouse included managing security operations and technology networks. Sisto holds a Master’s degree in Educational Media from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
