Vinod Yadav

Vinod Yadav is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Unit CIO and Head of Core Banking Technology at Citizens since May 2022. With extensive experience at American Express from January 2010 to May 2022, Vinod held various leadership roles including Vice President Engineering, where oversight of a global team of over 450 engineers enabled the development of data-driven risk platforms for more than 100 million accounts, achieving significant reductions in fraud losses and enhancing credit performance. Additional roles included Engineering Director for Credit Risk and Global Merchant Services, where Vinod successfully scaled teams and developed industry-leading analytics products. Vinod began their career at IBM, contributing as IT Architect and Program Manager, focusing on innovative solutions for clients. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master’s in Computer Applications from the University of Mumbai.
