Heather (Dees) Farwell

Heather (Dees) Farwell has over 23 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Heather started their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Bank of America. In 2001, they joined Homeowners Loan Corp as a Real Estate Mortgage Underwriter. Heather then moved to Citizens First Bank in 2003, where they held various positions, including VP of Deposit and Compliance and most recently VP of Financial Services. In these roles, they were responsible for deposit growth, business development, compliance management, and oversight, cash management digital banking channels, and personnel career development. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills and has been recognized for their contributions to their organizations.

Heather (Dees) Farwell's education history includes studying Business Administration, Management and Operations at Springfield College in Illinois, as well as Business/Commerce, General at Lincoln Land Community College. Recently in 2020, they graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, receiving a degree in Digital Banking School.
