Susan Nelson has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, spanning over three decades. Susan began their career at Wells Fargo Bank in 1986, where they served as an Assistant VP and Commercial Lending Officer for more than 20 years. In 2007, they joined Community Bank Plymouth as an Assistant VP, Commercial Lender. After two years, they moved on to Eagle Community Bank, where they held the position of Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. In 2013, Susan joined Americana Community Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Banking, where they offered a wide range of financial products and services. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Citizens Independent Bank, which they joined in 2017.

Susan Nelson attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a Graduate School of Banking degree. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Leadership Certificate from the same institution.
