Karen Phelps

Karen Phelps is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as Creative Director for Citizens of Humanity, AGOLDE, and GOLDSIGN since March 2016. Prior roles include Creative Consultant for BLK DNM and Elizabeth and James, Vice President of Women's Design at J.BRAND, and Head of Women's Design and Merchandising at Calvin Klein Jeans. Additional experience encompasses creative consulting for various brands, including Gap Inc. and Margaret Howell, along with design roles at Levi's and Calvin Klein Inc. Phelps began a career in fashion design at J. Crew, holding titles that focus on both men's and women's apparel. Phelps earned a BA Hons in Fashion Design from Northumbria University.
