Jason Hilty

Jason Hilty currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Citizens State Bank in Indiana since August 2022. Previously, Jason held the CFO position at Fort Wayne Medical Oncology & Hematology from January 2021 to July 2022 and at Allied Payment Network from January 2017 to December 2020. Jason's experience includes a tenure as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2016-2017, as well as serving as SVP and CFO and Controller at First Bank of Berne from 1998 to 2016, and as a Teller at Fort Wayne National Bank from 1995 to 1998. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Indiana Institute of Technology and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
