Prior to their current role, Justin held positions at Ameriana Bank and Citizens State Bank (Indiana), where they gained experience as a Personal Banker, Retail Banking Officer, AVP/Banking Center Manager, Director of Data Analytics & Marketing, and now serves as the Chief Digital Officer. In this role, they focus on driving digital innovation and enhancing the digital banking experience for customers.
