Justin Dunmyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Justin began their career as a Resident Assistant at Ball State University, where they fostered an academic environment and assisted students with their adjustment to college life. Justin then co-owned MDTekk LLC, where they managed and led a team in the repair, retail, and buy-back of smartphones and tablets. Justin also worked at Celadon Group Inc. as a Pricing Analyst, establishing contracted pricing for truckload shipments and collaborating with clients and internal departments to secure profitable rates. Prior to their current role, Justin held positions at Ameriana Bank and Citizens State Bank (Indiana), where they gained experience as a Personal Banker, Retail Banking Officer, AVP/Banking Center Manager, Director of Data Analytics & Marketing, and now serves as the Chief Digital Officer. In this role, they focus on driving digital innovation and enhancing the digital banking experience for customers.
Justin Dunmyer's education history begins with their high school education at Zionsville Community High School, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Justin then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they attended Anderson University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Finance.
