Chad Hill is an accomplished financial and leadership professional with extensive experience in banking and organizational management. Currently serving as the Chief Systems & Solutions Officer at Citizens State Bank of La Crosse since December 2014, Chad focuses on enhancing technology and operational efficiency to improve customer and staff experiences. Previous roles include Chief Credit Officer at First Free Church, Managing Director at The Bridges Capital Group, and Vice President positions at both State Bank Financial and Merchants Bank. Chad’s career began with Wells Fargo as an Assistant Vice President and also includes military service as a Staff Sergeant in the Army National Guard. Chad holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has completed graduate studies at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
