Paul Schapira

Paul Schapira serves as the Vice President of Commercial Credit at Citizens State Bank since June 2025, where expertise in navigating credit risks and regulatory landscapes facilitates the growth of commercial banking services. Additionally, Paul serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Oxford Charter Township, contributing to various committees that oversee community welfare and governance. Previously, Paul founded Genesis Capital Advisors, providing turnaround services and capital raising for lower middle-market companies, and held the position of Senior Managing Director at Newpoint Advisors Corporation, focusing on financial advising for struggling businesses. A former Managing Director at Invictus Equity Group, Paul specialized in real estate investments in Detroit. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
