Ghita Lourens-Bakker

Ghita Lourens-Bakker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership, human resources, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Projectleider Diversiteit en Inclusie at Cito since 2019, Ghita is responsible for formulating the organization's diversity plan and establishing objectives and working groups. Previous positions include HR-medewerker handling personnel administration and recruitment support, and Managementassistent for the Raad van Bestuur at Cito, where Ghita managed complex scheduling and meeting preparations. Engagement in community service as a Vrijwilliger Vriendin at Rijnstad showcased a commitment to social integration. Earlier roles at Eyescan involved leading a secretarial team and managing administrative tasks, while work with Seva Network Foundation focused on development cooperation and organizational events.
