Aaron Kerr

Aaron Kerr is the Director of Advisory Services at Clearview Group, LLC, since May 2012, leading a team focused on finance, accounting, internal audit, IT audit, SOX, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include strategic guidance on marketing, client relationships, and business development, alongside performing due-diligence assessments for IT assets during acquisitions or divestitures. Prior roles include Senior Manager and IT Audit Manager at Constellation Energy/Exelon, where oversight of substantial risk assessments and audit portfolios was undertaken. Starting as an IT Associate and progressing to Senior IT Auditor at Constellation Energy and T. Rowe Price, Aaron gained substantial expertise in IT audits, data analytics, and compliance. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
