Ajay Mishra

Ajay Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio valuation services, currently serving as Director at Citrin Cooperman since 2019. In this role, Ajay has performed and reviewed valuation analyses for leading alternative asset investors and managers, specializing in various securities valuations for investment and financial reporting. Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Ajay held the position of Director of Portfolio Valuation at Duff & Phelps from 2012 to 2018, overseeing valuations for a diverse range of portfolio positions and conducting solvency and fairness opinions. Ajay's career also includes a managerial role in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where valuation analyses were conducted for significant alternative asset clients, as well as time as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint, focusing on purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing. Ajay holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, a degree from Binghamton University School of Management, and is a CFA Level III Candidate.
