Amal R. S. is a seasoned instructional and curriculum designer with a strong background in technical communication and occupational health. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional and Curriculum Designer at Citrin Cooperman, Amal R. S. designs and develops virtual training programs and micro-learnings in auditing, accounting, and tax topics in compliance with NASBA CPE requirements. Prior experience includes collaborating with faculty at the New Jersey Institute of Technology to create online courses, leading a transition to a new learning management system, and managing health and safety programs for the State of New Jersey. Amal R. S. holds multiple degrees from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and certifications in marketing and new media from UCLA Extension.
