Lawrence Cohen

Lawrence Cohen is a distinguished professional in the hospitality and gaming sectors with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Citrin Cooperman in New York and Los Angeles since November 2019, Lawrence also contributes to the Board of Directors at Scarlet Pearl Hotel & Casino. Previously, Lawrence was a Partner-in-Charge at Marks Paneth LLP and held key positions at CRCA Cohen, LLC, and Dream Team Gaming. Notably, Lawrence was the President and CEO of The Merv Griffin Group of Companies for two decades and has served on multiple boards, including Players International and Resorts International Hotel, Inc. Lawrence's career began as a Financial Executive at Columbia Pictures, following an education at Queens College.
