Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President at Stericycle Canada from November 2015 to January 2017, directing operations worth $175MM and leading a successful turnaround for a distressed division. Colette was also the Executive Vice President at Shred-it International Inc from October 2009 to November 2015, overseeing operations of $350MM and enhancing customer experience and key performance indicators. Earlier roles include Vice President and Country Manager at Shred-it/Securit International Inc, as well as Director at Loomis Armored Car Limited, and Supervisor-Administration at Toronto Dominion Bank.
