Clauber Andrade Souza

Clauber Andrade Souza serves as the Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer at Citrosuco since February 2015, overseeing global legal affairs, corporate governance, risk management, compliance, sustainability, and institutional relations. In addition to legal management experience across Latin America, Clauber is a professor in MBA Executive International courses at PROFUTURO - FIA Business School and at Insper, focusing on ESG and sustainability and strategic legal department management, respectively. Clauber also acts as an associate professional mentor at the Instituto de Mentoria and has held a position on the Finance Committee of the Instituto Votorantim. Previous roles include General Legal Manager at Votorantim and Legal Coordinator at Honda Brasil and Fosfertil S.A. Clauber holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and specialized studies in business sustainability and risk management, with ongoing postgraduate education in neuroscience and behavior.
