Lisa Hiramatsu has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at CITRUS Hospitality Management since June 2017. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager/Bar Manager at Innovative Dining Group from March 2002 to June 2017. In the latter role, responsibilities included managing a restaurant and three bars within a hotel as well as developing an extensive wine and cocktail list.
