The Customer Experience Team at Citrus Valley Association of REALTORS® enhances and optimizes interactions with members, ensuring they feel empowered and supported. Led by the Member Experience Manager, this team oversees customer care, provides tailored training through the Systems Trainer, and continually improves service quality under the Customer Care Manager.
