Cristina Orsini

Cristina Orsini has extensive experience in financial management and control within non-profit organizations. Currently, as the Responsabile Amministrativo, Pianificazione e Controllo at Cittadinanzattiva onlus since November 2016, Cristina oversees management control implementation, budgeting, financial simulations, variance analysis, and the preparation of the annual budget. Prior roles include serving as Responsabile Pianificazione e Controllo at Fondazione Telethon, where Cristina initiated management control systems and participated in strategic planning, as well as holding positions in quality control and institutional activities within the same foundation. Cristina's career began at Global Management Group Srl and S.T.M.I., where responsibilities included accounting and personnel administration. Cristina holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Università di Roma La Sapienza.
