The company name CITTTIC manifests our philosophy. The double letters symbolize the close connection between our business priorities and values.

The red in the center, in conjunction with a cross shape symbolizes the close relationship of the industrial group to Switzerland.

CITTTIC acquires medium sized companies and develops them as an independent strategic holding company over the long term. The capital of CITTTIC is permanent and there are no plans to sell. The aim is to continuously build up an industrial group. CITTTIC enters companies as sole or majority owner and is particularly suitable for sustainable succession solutions or to support management buyouts.

The companies to be acquired can ideally be characterized as follows:
-	Sales from EUR 5 to 80 million
-	Profitable medium sized industrial and service companies
-	Company headquarters preferably in German-speaking countries
