Charlie Barratt

Charlie Barratt is an accomplished architectural professional currently serving as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant at Citu, a role held since August 2023, after previously working as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant at the same company from October 2021 to September 2022. In addition to hands-on experience, Charlie co-founded NCAN, a student-led action group advocating for sustainability in architectural education. A brief stint as a Guest Tutor and Workshop Leader at Newcastle University involved planning and delivering workshops on physical model making and digital tools. Earlier experience includes a short tenure at RKG Architecture focusing on understanding architectural practice and client engagement. Charlie's educational background includes a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Art in Architecture from Newcastle University, complemented by foundational academic qualifications from Garforth Academy.
