Nancy Rodgers

Nancy Rodgers is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the City and County Attorney for the City and County of Broomfield since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rodgers held positions as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Aurora and as a Senior Assistant City Attorney and Police Legal Advisor at Kissinger & Fellman, P.C., where expertise included legal advisement, employment litigation, and business disputes. Rodgers began their career in commercial litigation and employment law and has a background in higher education administration as a Resident Director at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Colorado State University.
