Deborah Hanley

Deborah Hanley, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City and County of Denver since April 2022, following a role as Administrative Services Director for the City of Greenwood Village from November 2021 to March 2022. Previously, Deborah held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at the City and County of Denver from October 2016 to November 2021, providing strategic HR guidance across various facets such as performance management and talent development. Deborah's extensive experience also includes serving as HR Manager at The Ryan Company, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed multi-state HR operations, and earlier roles in HR and office management at 4240 Architecture and various administrative capacities at the American Bar Association and Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals. Deborah earned a degree in Corporate Communications, Business, and Marketing from Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2002.
