Jack Davies

Jack Davies is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries and organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for the City and County of Denver since May 2016, Jack develops strategies and oversees HR operations for 3,000 employees across nine government agencies. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at the Department of Public Works, where Jack guided a people strategy for 1,200 employees, and HR Manager at B/E Aerospace, overseeing HR functions for a 400+ employee segment. Jack's earlier experience at Lockheed Martin involved significant roles in performance management, organizational capability, compensation, and labor relations. Jack holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Organization and Innovation Management from Colorado State University.
