Jacob Woodard

Jacob Woodard is an experienced IT professional with a focus on 911 systems and telecommunications. Currently serving as an IT Manager and previously as a 911 Systems Administrator for the City and County of Denver since November 2019, Jacob has extensive expertise in the maintenance and installation of NextGen 911 systems, including VIPER and Power911 platforms. Prior roles include 9-1-1 Technical Consultant at ConvergeOne and PSAP Technician at West Safety Services, where comprehensive customer engagement and technical oversight were key responsibilities. Jacob’s career began at Level 3 Communications, working on IP activations and circuit testing. Educational background includes a degree from Penn State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
