James Leeper

James Leeper is an experienced Application Architect at the City and County of Denver, having held various positions including Business Applications Architect and Senior IT Developer since April 2005. Prior to this role, James served as an Analyst/Developer at the Colorado Agricultural Outlook Forum from March 2003 to April 2004. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver, which was completed in 2005.
