Kelly Turner

Kelly Turner, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Supervisor and Project Manager for the City and County of Denver since July 2016. Prior roles include Civil Engineer at Entitlement and Engineering Solutions, Inc. from September 2012 to July 2016, where responsibilities involved inspection work for CDOT on significant highway reconstruction projects. Additionally, Kelly worked as an Office Engineer and Field Engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. from March 2008 to September 2012, contributing to major projects such as the Denver Justice Center and Moreno Valley Kaiser Permanente Iris Medical Office Building II. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines between 2003 and 2007.
