Melissa Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and GIS. Currently serving as a Senior Developer for ServiceNow and SharePoint at the City and County of Denver since May 2017, Melissa has also held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst for Salesforce and Senior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes a decade as a Business Analyst at the City of Lakewood, where responsibilities included enhancing IT governance frameworks and facilitating operational needs assessments. Melissa's background also encompasses roles as a GIS Specialist, where significant contributions were made in data analysis and efficient mapping services for various city departments.
