Mukhtar Satar P.e

Mukhtar Satar P.E. is an experienced engineer currently employed by the City and County of Denver since July 2022, focusing on project management for transportation and infrastructure initiatives. Prior roles include serving as a Construction Services Engineer at David Evans and Associates, Inc. and as a Construction Oversight specialist at New Millenium Engineering. Mukhtar has also held positions as a Senior Inspector with Cardno, Inc., CEI I inspector with Mehta Engineering, and QA Technician for the Florida I-4 Ultimate project at Volkert, Inc. Additional experience includes civil inspection at DIA Landside Engineering and field technical roles at GROUND Engineering. Education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and a Technical Degree in Computer Aided Design. Mukhtar has achieved certification in ICML from the University of Colorado Denver as well.
