Pamela C. Smith

Pamela C. Smith, Esq., LLM, CGCS, serves as the Director of Agronomy for the City of Denver since January 2008, where oversight of golf course maintenance operations is a primary responsibility. Prior experience includes a position as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent at GCSAA from 2001 to 2018 and as an Adjunct Professor in Turfgrass at Trine University from 2003 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Natural Resources from Ball State University.
