Richard Abeyta, P.E. has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Construction Supervisor/Senior Engineer for the City and County of Denver since February 2008, Richard oversees wastewater construction operations. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as a Construction Engineer and Senior Supervising Inspector at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and as a Civil Inspector at Morrison Knudsen. Richard's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager/Estimator at PHD Contractors, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed site work, grading, drainage, and quality management, as well as working as a Staff Engineer at Golder Associates, focusing on project management and materials testing. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Colorado State University Pueblo and an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Trinidad State Jr. College.
