Samuel Piper

Samuel Piper is a seasoned professional in urban planning with extensive experience in multimodal transportation projects. Currently serving as the Multimodal Planning Supervisor at the City and County of Denver since August 2018, Samuel manages a team of six, oversees project execution for long-range transportation plans, and develops capital programming and funding proposals.
