Carmen Zavala has over 25 years of experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as an Assistant Retirement Analyst and previously as a Benefits Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco since January 2020, Carmen has a strong background in office management and administrative roles. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Rossi Antiques from June 2005 to January 2020, HR Admin at Norcal Waste Systems, Inc. from April 1998 to March 2002, and HR Clerk at Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon from August 1995 to April 1998.
