Deanna Chang

Deanna Chang, MBA, PMP, A-CSM, SAFe 5, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Senior Project Manager at AHEAD since July 2021, Deanna specializes in digital business platforms that enhance cloud infrastructure, automation, and software delivery. Previous roles include managing a $3.9M network infrastructure modernization program at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing numerous large-scale video infrastructure projects, and completing enterprise-wide operating system migrations at Robert Half. Deanna holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, alongside a Marketing Management Certificate from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
