Jack English

Jack English, EI, is a Senior Fiscal & Policy Analyst at the City and County of San Francisco since November 2022. Prior to this, Jack worked as a Project Engineer and Structural Designer at Holmes US from February 2021 to November 2022. With a background in civil engineering and political science, Jack has also held various internship positions at companies such as Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc., Walter P Moore, U.S. Forest Service, United States Senate, Amtrak, and U.S. House of Representatives. Jack holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Structural from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
