Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Content Safety & AI at Salesforce, James focuses on ethical use of AI and traditional trust and safety policies. Involvement with the Integrity Institute reflects a commitment to addressing societal harms within tech platforms. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Twitter, where James led global safety and compliance efforts, as well as managerial roles at the Wikimedia Foundation, overseeing trust and safety processes for a vast array of international projects. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester.
