Jimmer Cassiol

Jimmer Cassiol is an experienced Program Support Analyst currently serving in the Community Engagement Division of the City and County of San Francisco since September 2021, having previously held a similar role in the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services from June 2019 to March 2021. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jimmer worked as the Information & Guidance Project Manager at the San Francisco COVID Command Center from September 2020 to February 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Community Liaison for the City's Community Programs Team and as Office Manager and Community Liaison in the Mayor's Office. Jimmer also contributed to political campaigns as a Campaign Office Manager, and worked in print production management for various companies. Jimmer holds an Associate of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from City College of San Francisco and a certificate in Computer Programming/Business from Kensington Business Institute.
