Johann Leung

Johann Leung has extensive experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as 1094 IT Operations Support Administrator IV at the City and County of San Francisco since June 2012, where responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting the SFPD IT environment and providing tiered support for various technical issues. Prior to this, Johann held roles as 1022 IS Administrator II in the same organization and Operations Engineer at Advent Software, focusing on production IT environments.
