Krysten Laine

Krysten Laine is an experienced Senior GIS Analyst and Project Manager with a strong track record in managing GIS projects and leading teams. Currently at the City and County of San Francisco - SFPUC since August 2009, Krysten has successfully launched mobile applications for infrastructure and environmental data collection. Prior to this role, experience at EBMUD involved supervising a mapping unit and implementing solutions for asset management, alongside training operations staff in GIS technologies. Earlier positions include managing GIS projects at Space Imaging and the South Florida Water Management District, where Krysten developed custom applications and supported emergency operations through mapping solutions. Krysten holds a B.S. in Marine Biology from Florida Institute of Technology and an A.S. in Chemistry/Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
