Michael Truong possesses extensive experience in IT operations and business analysis, particularly within the health sector. Since February 2016, Michael has worked for the City and County of San Francisco in various roles, including as an EPIC Implementation - IS Business Analyst and IT Operations Support for the Department of Public Health (DPH). Key responsibilities include troubleshooting the RTLS system, backend support for the Aero Scout application, and generating VOIP profiles through Cisco Call Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Operations Support/AV technician at ZSFGH, providing essential desktop support, and replacing outdated technology for medical staff.
