Pierre Stroud

Pierre Stroud is a seasoned Public Services Manager at the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development for the City and County of San Francisco since 2007. In this role, Pierre supervises a team of grant coordinators and oversees a portfolio of 115 projects with over $30 million in annual funding, emphasizing the negotiation and implementation of grantee workplans.
