Ray Flores

Ray Flores has extensive experience in Information Systems and Business Analysis, currently serving as Principal IS Business Analyst for eMerge Payroll at the City and County of San Francisco since September 2014. In this role, expertise includes support for PeopleSoft HCM Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management, as well as query and report development using PeopleTools and SQR in an Oracle 12 database environment.
